Bruno is awesome. I bought a new house and inherited a code violation for my gas pipe (stove). While renovating the kitchen, I called Bruno to come and fix said code violation, as well as hook up my new gas stove. Bruno was flexible with the schedule changes I had to make (different areas of the renovation kept getting delayed - which pushed back the gas hookup), and when I was finally ready for gas, Bruno was open with his availability and ready. Bruno was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. After tending to the stove hookup and code violation...Bruno kindly looked at my gas fireplace which wasn't working. He cleaned it up and got it working perfectly, saving me lots of money as a new homeowner (as I was afraid I'd have to replace it). It looks like a brand new fireplace now! He also took a look at my water heater (currently a rental) and offered some advice. Bruno was friendly and personable - helped me with a lot more than I called him to come out for, didn't try and upsell me on anything, and offered great advice and taught me multiple things that will come in handy as a new homeowner. Thank you Bruno! I will be calling you for all of my future gas and plumbing needs, and recommend you to friends/family. 11/10.

Bruno works even on weekends. I called on Sunday and did not expect that Bruno will pick up the phone. Lucky me, he did. We had emergency water heater installation. Our Reliance water heater died. I was going to just keep renting with them but I looked into it closer and realized it was way cheaper to buy it. If you go through Reliance you just pay forever. My water heater will last about 10 years. I would be paying 2-3 times the amount of just buying it. The money up front is worth it. And Bruno is a local straight up guy.

Bruno was prompt, called him on the weekend as i was desperate, my pool heater broke, during this pandemic, the stock was low and installation was minimum two to three weeks, was able to get a heater, and Bruno was here Monday morning, did a great job, tested the heater, and my kids were able to swim that afternoon. He was extremely knowledgable, cleaned up and took my old heater with him.

In late October, we had an urgent situation that required attention. Our furnace needed to be replaced due a cracked heat exchanger. In 20 minutes, Bruno was at the house to investigate ... within 24 hours we had a new furnace. This response time is not always possible but it is clear that Bruno will do what it takes to address an urgent situation and treat the customer very well in the process. Thank you!

My whole family has been using this company for years and Ive had them install a water heater, furnace and water softener for me. I called them when my water heater wasn't working, they were there within 2 hours. Diagnosed it and fixed it in 15 min. Also, they used boot covers to make sure my house stayed clean. I liked that the most. I will definitely be using them again

The staff of L.O.C. were friendly, timely, and most of all more than capable when installing a new furnace for me. They offered a great product at a competitive price, and completed the installation in under the estimated time of completion. After the job was finished they carefully removed the old furnace and cleaned up as if there was no mess created. I can't recommend these guys enough.

We had no hot water and we found out from Reliance Home Comfort that our tank needed to be replaced. We decided to explore our options of buying over renting. We found out that we paid over $5500 for that rental tank we had for 12 years. We were recommended by our friends to speak with Local Own Comfort and we purchased a tank from them. They came and installed the tank very quickly and left no mess. They were $300 to $400 cheaper compared to 3 local companies we called and owning is 3x cheaper than renting from Reliance. We would recommend LOC to our friends and family.
